Who we are !

TurkishBellydance World was found in 1996 as a travel company for serving
travellers all around world in Bodrum,Turkey. The founder Bulent Dogan is a
professional official tourist guide educated from Tourism and Hotel management
High School. His passion of dance & music as a drummer and dancer directed him to
set up music & dance holidays in the years passed. Many events & tours were
directed by him all around Turkey . In all these years he has met many dance
teachers & musicians all around the world. They are now his friends as well as
partners in different events.
The aim was to provide guests untouristic music and dance events. That is why
Bulent has decided to create Gokpinar Music & Dance center in 2001 as a further
step to provide guests a unique music & dance atmosphere. Gokpinar center is
located in a nomadic village near Bodrum with genuine people ready to share the
music,dance & culture of Turkey with the whole world. Gokpinar has still an
untouched pure life of turkish country side. It is reachable to Bodrum center and
nearby beaches in half an hour drive. All year around from Turkey and different
parts of the world it is visited by musicians,dance teachers and students who like to
develope their dance knowledge as well as to learn turkish cultural life in a secure
family atmosphere.
TurkishBellydance World also creates different bellydance events and tours with
many years of experience to show Turkey from a different eye. We do serve dance
teachers,musicians and bellydancing students many different event all year round
All are a kind of unique programmes of their own.

have worked with and still working with the same passion like the first day we have
